This way, you can increase the neurotransmitters that provide you motivation, as well as give you mental clarity. This also gives you a couple of health benefits, like improved energy and hormone regulation.

Last but not least, you should cultivate a healthy circle of friends; associate with people who motivate and uplift you. So when you are maybe going on your morning jog, you should smile at people passing you and maybe give a few people some compliments on your way.
