3. Take quality sleep:
As plenty of people are using this time to see their favorite shows or movies. Staying up late could influence your physical & mental health and may reduce your own immune system’s ability too. So, make sure that you are getting at least seven hours of sleep.
4. Can some Chores:
Many people don’t like doing chores like cleaning, laundry, etc. Doing these activities keeps you active by burning off some calories.
5. Try things you love:
In our busy life schedules, it’s hard to find time for the stuff we love during our regular days. However, you have sufficient time now, so you can try learning, painting, writing, dancing, or singing guitar you always dream.
